With these amounts, climate protection contributions are made to the extent of the calculated CO2 emissions of the stay at CIP Hotel. At the same time, the CIP Hotel doubles the contribution and invests it in its own sustainability. In this way guests can achieve a double effect.
The hotel is part of a center for further education and culture. Its geographical location in the middle of nature, at the gateway to the Franches Montagnes, between the Chasseral Park and the Doubs Park, is breathtaking. The operators are particularly keen to preserve this green oasis and to share it with guests and visitors. The establishment's "Cause We Care" fund will be used to finance various projects promoting sustainable development and nature protection within the institution itself, such as the installation of triple glazing for the entire building, the replacement of conventional lighting with LED lights, the development of a concept for the elimination of single-use packaging (plastic glasses, paper cups, straws) and many more.
