Starting on 5 February, Heidiland AG, the holiday region Andermatt and the tourism organisation TESSVM (Tourismus Engadin, Scuol, Samnaun, Val Müstair) are giving their guests the chance to make a voluntary contribution to climate protection every time they make a booking. The destination in question matches every customer contribution. Guests in the regions therefore have an opportunity to promote sustainable projects in the region and global climate protection projects from myclimate through their purchases.
The regions have already planned exciting measures for 2018. For instance, the holiday region Andermatt is planning to set up a free e-bike station, TESSVM is switching to 100% green energy and Heidiland is planning various projects that will ultimately benefit its guests.
At these three destinations, guests can already make a «Cause We Care» contribution to support local and global climate protection at ten Swiss companies.
