Under the motto "Sustainable-Up" Hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide is organizing a special kind of sustainability week for its apprentices. Through joint hikes in nature, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and forest bathing, the students are specifically sensitised to the topic of sustainability. At the same time, the apprentices are motivated to make their own contribution by setting up a concrete project on the topics of food waste and waste separation, which is to be implemented at the Hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide.
