The new digital platform from myclimate "Cause We Care" supports tourism service providers in managing their environmental and climate protection efforts and offers a tool for planning, financing and implementing sustainability measures. The initiative already has over 150 businesses and is set to grow further by simplifying implementation.
The new platform gives member companies easy access to a wide range of digital tools to help them make their operations more sustainable and drive forward CO2 reduction measures. This includes the simple and guided calculation of the CO2 footprint of operational emissions using a virtual calculation tool. It also includes a comprehensive catalog of implementable sustainability measures that are specially tailored to tourism service providers. In addition, myclimate "Cause We Care" member companies can use the new platform to obtain personalized communication material to raise awareness among guests and employees. Webinars are also available for the further training of employees and for building up knowledge within the company. myclimate "Cause We Care" thus offers low-threshold access to the planning, financing and implementation of concrete sustainability measures so that companies can successfully anchor climate protection in their operations.
